Sarah B. Heuer D.D.S.

Sarah is a Wisconsin native, originally from Holmen (near La Crosse). She received her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is an honors graduate of the School of Dentistry at University of Minnesota, where she earned the Mellor Holland Award for academic and leadership excellence in dental school.

Sarah completed a one-year residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI, during which she completed advanced training in the treatment of medically compromised patients. In 2001, she was recognized for her outstanding service and professionalism with the Wisconsin Dental Association Pyramids of Pride Community Outreach Award.

Sarah currently serves on the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board. She is a longstanding member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Heuer is busy at home with her husband, two active teenage daughters and two beautiful dogs. She loves to travel, camp and garden in her spare time.

Gary C. Noble D.D.S.

Gary grew up in Allouez and is a graduate of Green Bay East High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Carroll College in Waukesha, WI and graduated with honors from the School of Dentistry at University of Minnesota.

Gary is active in Wisconsin’s Brown Door Kewaunee Dental Society, where he served as president in 2000, and is also a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association and American Dental Association.

Gary, his wife Lori and their five children are thrilled to live in De Pere. He enjoys tennis, golfing and skiing, as well as coaching the kids in youth sports (they tolerate Dad’s instruction with admirable restraint).

Dr. Noble accepts appointments at MAC Dental locations in both Green Bay and De Pere.

Dr. Andrew Kollath D.D.S.

Dr. Andrew Kollath is an accomplished dentist at MAC Dental Centers. With degrees from Marquette University School of Dentistry (Summa Cum Laude) and St. Norbert College (Cum Laude), he provides top-notch dental care.

Dr. Kollath finds fulfillment in assisting patients with various dental needs, from fixing broken teeth to enhancing smiles and alleviating pain. He values patient education about oral health and strives to make each dental experience positive and stress-free.

Patients enjoy interacting with Dr. Kollath due to his easy-going nature and sense of humor, which help create a relaxed atmosphere. He takes a personalized approach, getting to know his patients and tailoring treatments accordingly.

Outside of work, Dr. Kollath shares a fulfilling life with his wife, daughter and their golden retriever Minny. They recently moved back to his hometown of De Pere. They enjoy outdoor activities like camping, family walks, and golfing, as well as running and watching Wisconsin sports.

Dr. Nicolette T. Kollath D.D.S.

Dr. Nikki Kollath, DDS, is a passionate and skilled General Dentist at MAC Dental Centers. Holding a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Magna cum laude honors from Marquette University School of Dentistry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Kollath’s educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology/Toxicology & Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Kollath is an active participant in various professional organizations. She is a certified member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), specializing in Botulinum Toxin AAFE application. In 2021, she became a member of the Gordon J. Christensen Practical Clinical Courses, further enhancing her clinical skills. Her commitment to continuous learning is exemplified by her membership in the Spear Dental Study Club in 2020 and 2021.

She finds immense fulfillment in building genuine and trusting relationships with her patients. Her personalized approach to each appointment, combined with her optimistic and bubbly personality, helps ease anxiety and create a comfortable environment for her patients.

Outside of her profession, Dr. Kollath enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their English cream golden retriever. Originally from Minnesota, the family often returns to enjoy the outdoors through hiking, golfing, skiing, biking, and traveling. They also share a strong passion for cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.
